Handle final payroll and PTO payout, exit interviews, cancellation of health insurance, and establishing COBRA coverage for terminating employees
Develop effective performance review programs and manage the performance review process for all personnel, including 90-day performance reviews, annual performance reviews, coaching and counseling employees, and terminating employees
Create job descriptions
Develop salary ranges based on position descriptions
Draft employee handbooks
Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws
